SuperKLOW
Repair
Cream.
Four research-backed peptides in a liposomal cream base. Published studies suggest these compounds may support tissue repair, collagen remodeling, and cellular renewal — delivered transdermally where they may be needed most.
See the FormulaWhy a topical peptide cream?
Published research suggests that certain peptides may deliver meaningful benefits when applied topically — particularly with liposomal delivery systems designed to enhance transdermal absorption. SuperKLOW Repair Cream brings four well-studied peptides together in a single application.
GHK-Cu is a proven topical performer
GHK-Cu has been widely studied in dermatology. Published research indicates it may promote collagen synthesis, support wound healing, and deliver copper to tissues. It has appeared in cosmetic formulations for decades.
BPC-157 may support skin barrier repair
Studies suggest BPC-157 may promote epithelial repair and angiogenesis. In a topical cream with liposomal delivery, it may help support the skin's natural healing processes when applied to areas of concern.
TB-500 fragment for targeted application
The Ac-LKKTETQ fragment has been studied for its potential role in keratinocyte migration and tissue repair. Users have reported that topical application to specific areas may support recovery and skin appearance.
Epithalon as a longevity signal
Published research on the AEDG tetrapeptide suggests it may support telomerase activity and circadian function. As a small tetrapeptide, it may be suitable for transdermal delivery via liposomal encapsulation.

Liposomal Transdermal Delivery
The skin's barrier is designed to keep molecules out. Published research suggests that liposomal encapsulation — wrapping peptides in phospholipid vesicles — may significantly enhance transdermal penetration compared to standard cream bases.
How Liposomal Delivery May Work
How to Apply
Follow this protocol for consistent application. Published research on topical peptides suggests that consistent, twice-daily application may yield the most noticeable results over a 30-60 day period.
Cleanse the area
Wash the target area with a gentle cleanser and pat completely dry. Clean, dry skin may allow better absorption of topical peptides.
Dispense one pump
Use one full pump from the airless jar. This delivers a measured dose of all four peptides in the liposomal base.
Apply and massage gently
Spread evenly over the target area and massage gently for 30-60 seconds until fully absorbed. Avoid washing the area for at least 30 minutes.
Repeat twice daily
Apply morning and evening for best results. Users have reported that consistent application over 4-8 weeks may produce the most noticeable improvements.
The Daily Capsule.
Four Mechanisms.
Systemic Support.
One capsule daily alongside the topical cream. KPV, PEA, Quercetin, and NAC — each targeting a different pathway that published research suggests may support anti-inflammatory and tissue-supportive processes from the inside out.
PEA 300mg · Published research indicates it may support PPAR-alpha anti-inflammatory activity
Quercetin 200mg · Research suggests it may act as a zinc ionophore and support immune function
NAC 200mg · Well-studied glutathione precursor that may support systemic antioxidant activity
Total: ~700mg · Size 00 capsule · Empty stomach
KPV + PEA
Published research suggests KPV may modulate NF-kB via PepT1 mucosal uptake — a pathway primarily accessible orally. Studies indicate PEA may address inflammation through PPAR-alpha activation, potentially stabilizing mast cells. Two routes to a similar inflammatory target.
Quercetin
Research suggests quercetin may act as a zinc ionophore, potentially enhancing zinc transport into cells for immune support. Published studies also indicate it may influence bacterial quorum sensing pathways at sub-MIC concentrations.
NAC
N-Acetylcysteine is a well-studied glutathione precursor. Published research suggests it may support the body's antioxidant defenses. Clinical studies have also explored its potential role in supporting respiratory and immune health.
Two Routes. One Protocol.
Topical cream for targeted application. Oral capsule for systemic support. Each compound delivered where published research suggests it may work best.
