Fresh-Activation Skincare

Pharmaceutical-grade actives, freeze-dried for maximum stability, reconstituted fresh by you. No degradation on the shelf. No preservatives needed. No compromises on potency.

Why Fresh-Activation?

The most effective skincare actives — L-ascorbic acid, methylcobalamin, GHK-Cu, NMN — are all notoriously unstable in liquid form. Vitamin C oxidizes within weeks of being mixed. B12 degrades in light. Peptides break down over time. Every premium serum on the market is fighting a losing battle against chemistry the moment it's bottled.

Our lyophilization process removes water entirely, halting all degradation. You receive a pharmaceutical-grade freeze-dried concentrate in a light-protected vial, paired with a separate activator solution. You reconstitute fresh, use it within 2 to 4 weeks, and get actives at full potency every single time — the way skincare was always meant to work.

How it works: Each kit includes a 5mL or 10mL amber glass vial (freeze-dried concentrate) plus a 10mL activator dropper bottle (hyaluronic acid + glycerin base). Simply add the activator to the vial, shake gently, and apply via dropper or pump. Each kit is a 2 to 4 week supply. Refrigerate after activation for maximum freshness.

Pure C + Ferulic
Lyophilized L-ascorbic acid at pharmaceutical purity, co-dried with ferulic acid and vitamin E. The gold-standard C + E + Ferulic formula — at full potency, fresh every time.
Freeze-Dried Concentrate — Vial Contents
L-Ascorbic Acid 15% Pure vitamin C — the most biologically active form. Studies suggest it requires a low pH environment for optimal skin penetration. Unstable in water, oxidizing in days to weeks. Freeze-drying eliminates this entirely. 15% falls within the clinically studied effective range.
Ferulic Acid 0.5% Plant-derived antioxidant. Published research suggests it may double the photoprotective benefits of a vitamin C + E combination. Also helps stabilize L-ascorbic acid in solution after activation.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 1% Lipophilic antioxidant. C + E synergy is well-established in published literature — vitamin C may help regenerate oxidized vitamin E. Together they may provide superior UV protection compared to either alone.
L-Glutathione 0.5% The body's master antioxidant. Studies suggest it may help recycle vitamin C and support skin brightening. Extremely unstable in solution — a perfect candidate for freeze-drying. Creates a recycling cascade: glutathione regenerates C, C regenerates E.
Mannitol ~2% Lyoprotectant and bulking agent. Forms an elegant cake structure that dissolves cleanly when activated.
Activator Solution — Dropper Bottle
Hyaluronic Acid (dual MW) 1% Hydration vehicle. High molecular weight forms a moisture-locking surface film; low molecular weight penetrates deeper layers.
Glycerin 3% Humectant. Improves skin feel and spreading. Helps dissolve the freeze-dried concentrate smoothly.
Ethoxydiglycol 5% Solubilizer and penetration enhancer for L-ascorbic acid. Keeps vitamin C dissolved after activation and supports transdermal delivery — a key difference between an effective vitamin C serum and a mediocre one.
Purified Water QS Ultra-pure vehicle base.
Optimized pH: 2.5 to 3.5 after activation. L-ascorbic acid naturally acidifies the solution to this range, which studies suggest is optimal for skin penetration. The 15% concentration self-buffers to the target pH — no adjustment needed on your end.

Pink Magic B12
Lyophilized methylcobalamin — inspired by clinical research on topical B12 for eczema and rosacea. Fresh-activated, light-protected, at concentrations studied in published trials. The characteristic pink color is the active B12 complex itself.
Freeze-Dried Concentrate — Vial Contents
Methylcobalamin 0.07% The concentration used in published clinical research. A 2004 randomized controlled trial (British Journal of Dermatology, n=49) found that topical B12 at this concentration showed significant improvement in atopic dermatitis versus placebo. B12 is a nitric oxide scavenger — studies suggest it may help neutralize NO radicals that contribute to inflammation and redness. Extremely light-sensitive in solution; freeze-drying preserves it completely.
Adenosylcobalamin 0.03% The mitochondrial form of B12. May support cellular energy production in skin cells. Combined with methylcobalamin, this provides both cytoplasmic and mitochondrial B12 pathways — a novel dual-form approach not found in other topical products.
Niacinamide 5% Vitamin B3. Published research supports its role in barrier repair, ceramide synthesis, and reducing redness. Synergistic with B12 for calming sensitive skin.
Panthenol (D-Panthenol) 2% Pro-vitamin B5. Known for its skin-soothing and barrier-repair properties. Completes a powerful B-vitamin trio (B3 + B5 + B12) designed to support and rebuild compromised skin.
Trehalose ~2% Lyoprotectant that safeguards the cobalamin structure during freeze-drying. Also functions as a skin humectant after activation.
Activator Solution — Dropper Bottle
Hyaluronic Acid (dual MW) 1% Hydration base with dual molecular weight for surface and deeper hydration.
Glycerin 5% Humectant and solvent aid. Slightly richer than the Vitamin C activator for a more emollient feel suited to sensitive skin.
Allantoin 0.5% Skin-soothing and anti-irritant. Complements the calming properties of B12.
Purified Water QS Ultra-pure vehicle base.
Optimized pH: 5.5 to 6.5 after activation. This matches the skin's natural pH — ideal for sensitive and easily irritated skin. The beautiful pink color of the activated serum is the methylcobalamin itself, a visual sign that the active ingredient is intact. If it turns yellow or brown, the B12 has degraded from light exposure. The amber vial and refrigeration after activation prevent this.

Pure GHK-Cu Concentrate
Pharmaceutical-grade copper tripeptide, lyophilized at concentrations far beyond typical commercial products. Fresh-activated means no chelation breakdown, no oxidation, full copper-peptide integrity from vial to skin.
Freeze-Dried Concentrate — Vial Contents
GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) 1–2% One of the most extensively studied cosmetic peptides. Published research suggests GHK-Cu may signal fibroblasts to support collagen and elastin production, reduce inflammatory markers, and promote wound-healing gene expression. Studies indicate natural GHK-Cu levels decline approximately 60% between ages 20 and 60. Most commercial products contain 0.01–0.1% — this delivers 10 to 100 times that concentration, freshly activated. The faint blue tint of the activated serum is the intact copper complex — a visual confirmation of active integrity.
NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) 3% NAD+ precursor for skin cells. Emerging research suggests NMN may support mitochondrial function, DNA repair pathways, and cellular renewal. Complements GHK-Cu's collagen-signaling properties with cellular energy support. Highly unstable in water — an ideal candidate for freeze-drying.
Mannitol ~2% Lyoprotectant and bulking agent. Compatible with the GHK-Cu copper complex at the target pH range.
Usage tip: For best results, use this product separately from the Pure C + Ferulic serum. L-ascorbic acid at low pH may reduce the copper complex. We recommend vitamin C in the morning and GHK-Cu in the evening — or allow at least 20 minutes between applications.
Activator Solution — Dropper Bottle
Hyaluronic Acid (dual MW) 1% Hydration base with dual molecular weight.
Glycerin 3% Humectant and solvent.
MAP (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) 2% A stable vitamin C derivative that is compatible with copper peptides at this pH range. Provides antioxidant and brightening benefits without disrupting the GHK-Cu complex.
Purified Water QS Ultra-pure vehicle base.
Optimized pH: 6.0 to 6.5 after activation. This range preserves the GHK-Cu copper chelation complex and is compatible with both MAP vitamin C and NMN. The activated serum will have a distinctive faint blue tint from the copper complex.

We're developing additional fresh-activation formulas targeting unstable actives that lose potency in traditional liquid products. Here's what's on the roadmap.

Glutathione Brightening Serum
Reduced L-glutathione (GSH) is one of the most potent skin brightening ingredients available. Studies suggest it may inhibit tyrosinase and reduce melanin production. Massively unstable in water — it oxidizes rapidly and loses activity. Freeze-dried GSH activated fresh may deliver dramatically better results than any pre-made glutathione serum.
In Development
Retinal (Retinaldehyde) Serum
Retinaldehyde is one step closer to retinoic acid than retinol — research suggests it may be more effective with less irritation, and it's available without a prescription. Extremely light and air sensitive, standard retinal products degrade on the shelf within months. Freeze-dried retinal would be the first truly fresh-activation retinoid product — the retinoid that actually works when you open it.
Coming Soon
Multi-Peptide Repair Serum
A concentrated blend of research-backed repair peptides in freeze-dried format. Peptides are the ideal freeze-drying candidates — they maintain full structural integrity when lyophilized and reconstitute perfectly. Combined with GHK-Cu for a multi-peptide approach to skin repair and renewal.
In Development
EGF / Growth Factor Concentrate
Epidermal Growth Factor (rh-EGF) is a cosmetic peptide used in premium skincare. Studies suggest it may support keratinocyte proliferation and skin renewal. Very unstable in liquid form — activity drops significantly within weeks. Fresh-activated EGF could deliver what premium serums promise but struggle to sustain on the shelf.
Coming Soon
CoQ10 + Alpha Lipoic Acid
Both are mitochondrial antioxidants that naturally decline with age. Both oxidize in standard liquid formulations — alpha lipoic acid is particularly unstable, losing potency within weeks. A freeze-dried mitochondrial antioxidant serum would be a unique "cellular energy" product designed to support aging skin at the deepest level.
In Development
Tranexamic Acid Brightening
Tranexamic acid (TXA) is emerging in published research as a powerful tool for hyperpigmentation — widely used in Japan for decades. While TXA itself is relatively stable, freeze-drying it alongside glutathione and niacinamide creates a powerhouse brightening trio that simply cannot exist in pre-made liquid form due to glutathione instability.
